Nijiama Smalls uncovers the unique emotional struggles Black girls face—disappointment, rejection, family secrets, and inner chaos—while offering a soul-cleansing healing process to help you overcome and thrive.
Together, we'll read, journal , and engage in meaningful discussions on how we can heal and move forward from past hurts. Let this book be your guide as we journey together toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
Event Details
Fortnightly Sessions - Explore key themes like trauma, relationships, forgiveness, and healing.
Journaling - Reflect on the chapters with guided prompts and share your thoughts in the group.
Safe Space -A nurturing and supportive environment for open discussions and shared healing.
Healing Process - Engage with practical tools and insights to work through emotional wounds.
Given the nature and topic of the event, the sessions will conclude with a 5 to 8-minute guided meditation. Please remember to prioritize your self-care after the sessions, as the discussions may evoke strong emotions. Take time to reflect, process, and engage in activities that help you recharge.
Who can attend?
This online session is open to Black women, aged 18 and above. Whether you're looking to heal from emotional wounds, gain support from a community of like-minded women, or simply explore a journey of self-care and growth, this space is for you. All experiences are welcome, and the session is designed to offer a safe, supportive environment where healing and understanding can take place.
